E-Gift Cards

General information: After purchasing an e-gift card, you will receive a confirmation email with the gift card code and instructions on using it. The code can be redeemed for only Paradox Museum admission tickets in the UK within 1 year from the date of purchase.

Redemption: E-gift cards are redeemable as many times as necessary until its entire balance is spent, exclusively for Paradox Museum admission tickets in the UK  available on the Fever app and at feverup.com. To redeem, enter your unique e-gift card code on the payment page at checkout. You may redeem only one (1) e-gift card per order and your e-gift card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers. All orders using e-gift cards at checkout will be processed in GBP.

Payment and Balances: If the e-gift card balance does not cover the total purchase amount, you must pay the remaining balance with a valid payment method. If the e-gift card balance exceeds the total order amount, the remaining balance will be stored in the e-gift card for future use.

Purchase Details: No sales tax is charged on the purchase of e-gift cards. E-gift card orders will be delivered via email. E-gift cards cannot be used to purchase other e-gift cards. E-gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value. E-gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law for balances after purchase.

Responsibility and Refunds: We are not responsible if the e-gift card is lost, stolen, or redeemed by an incorrect recipient or unauthorized holder. Lost or stolen e-gift cards cannot be replaced.
