WHAT DO MY TICKETS GIVE ME ACCESS TO?

You are purchasing an ODEON voucher exchangeable for a standard seat ticket, to view a standard 2D film at any of the ODEON cinemas in the UK and Republic of Ireland (ROI) listed in this document.

The voucher code cannot be used at Islington Luxe and Dine, ODEON Luxe Leicester Square or BFI IMAX.

Upgrades are payable for other film formats and seat types.

Your codes will be redeemable at any of the following locations:

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY CODE?

To use any voucher codes you may have, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Choose your desired cinema, date, time and film.
  2. Select your seats from the seating plan.
  3. On the next page, click on "Have a special code?" and select the option "Voucher" to redeem your code.
  4. Please enter each code you have, one by one, clicking the apply button after each code.

*Please note, this must be done before you select the ticket types (e.g. adult, child etc...)

Once the voucher codes have been applied and accepted, please continue to make your booking as you would normally.

WHERE CAN I REDEEM MY CODES?

Online redemption: you can use your ODEON voucher code to book your ODEON ticket online at odeon.co.uk or odeoncinemas.ie, and on the myODEON app. If you book online or on the myODEON app, there will be an online booking fee of £1 per ticket in the UK and €1 per ticket in the ROI.

Cinema Redemption: you can redeem your ODEON voucher code at the ticket kiosk but not at the box office or retail counter.

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN OFF-PEAK CODE AND AN ANYTIME CODE?

Off-Peak: your voucher code may only be redeemed for a screening on Monday to Thursday.

Anytime: your voucher code is valid any day of the week on screenings up to and including the expiry date shown on your Fever ticket.

WHEN CAN I USE MY TICKETS?

Please check the expiration date shown on your Fever tickets.

You will be able to redeem them for screenings up to and including the day shown only.
