PRINT REQUIREMENTS
- For large-format print and digital materials (e.g., posters, trifolds, digital slides)
- Include an official Einhorn Center wordmark at a legible size
- We’re flexible on the location of the wordmark and are happy to take a quick look at your materials to advise.
- Choose the wordmark color that is most legible on your piece (e.g., don’t use red on a black background; don’t use white on a very light color background)
- For small-format print and digital materials (e.g., quartercards, bookmarks)
- Include the official wordmark if design and space allow.
- We’re flexible on the location of the wordmark and are happy to take a quick look at your materials to advise.
- Choose the wordmark color that is most legible on your piece (e.g., don’t use red on a black background; don’t use white on a very light color background)
- If space is too tight, include “A program [or student-run program] of the Einhorn Center for Community Engagement” in text
- Check with your program adviser for guidance on printing your quartercards, trifolds and other materials.

- Maintain CampusGroups site so information is up to date and all placeholder text (“Lorem ipsum”) isn’t showing up.

- All student-run programs are listed on the Einhorn Center website and Experience Cornell (experience.cornell.edu). If you have updates to your program entry, send them via the Communications Support Form.

CAMERA
The Einhorn Center has a DSLR camera that groups can borrow.
- Email [email protected] with your name, program name, day/time you want to pick up the camera, day/time you’ll return it.
- Try to send your request at least 2 business days before you need it.
- The camera is loaned on a first come, first served basis. It may not always be available.
- Please only the borrow the camera for 24 hours (max) at a time. Except on weekends, of course.
- Before you return the camera, upload and save the photos you want to keep. Then clear photos from the camera.
PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASES
If you’re taking photos or video of community partners or program participants who are NOT Cornell students, faculty or staff, they need to sign a Cornell photo/video release. Use this release when working with minors.

GIVEAWAYS for students, faculty advisors, community partners
Einhorn Center swag is in Kandyland (the desk space next to Huddle Room 329 in the Engaged Cornell Hub. The following items DON'T require approval. Take what you need for your group participants, advisors and campus and community partners:

Special giveaways
These items are more expensive and should be handed out with more moderation (e.g., to key partners and faculty advisors or as raffle prizes for students). Please complete a request form before taking these items.
