The WTS-LA Career Mentorship Program is now accepting applications for both mentors and mentees! Join us if you are interested in taking the next step in your career or inspire others in the transportation industry.

This members-only program is designed for women seeking guidance to advance their professional path while learning first hand from seasoned transportation professionals.  Through institutional knowledge and industry insights, participants will gain valuable perspectives to support their professional growth and navigate their careers more effectively - helping members avoid common challenges and setbacks along the way.  Through one-on-one mentorship sessions and engaging group programs, you'll have the opportunity to connect, grow, and gain valuable insights tailored to your professional journey.
