Thank you for applying to be a mentee on BIMA's Mentoring Programme.

Welcome to the start of your mentoring experience. The information you share with us here will form the starting point of your relationship with your mentor and we use this form to try and match you with your perfect partner.

We ask mentors to fill in a similar form and then we use this information to match you into partnerships. The more specific and detailed you can be here, the more effectively we can match you to the right mentor. We find that people who put real thought into understanding what they want to get out of mentoring are the ones who go on to have the most successful experience, so take your time to fill this in - it should take you 20-40 mins to complete it. The only people who will see this information are the BIMA mentoring council, administration team and your mentor.
