Open Streets Boston 2025                             Partners Activation Form
Thank you for your interest in participating in Open Streets Boston 2025!

We are excited to have you participate as a programming partner. Open Streets events will welcome neighbors into car-free streets for community, joy, and play. The half-day long events will stretch out over one to two miles of road--leaving ample space for programming which will include music, games, face-painting, business and community group tabling, fitness classes, bicycle repairs and much more!

All events will be from 10:30am - 3:00pm, with streets closing at 9am and opening at 4pm.

  • Sunday, August 10 - Hyde Park

    • Between River St to Fairmont St and Davidson St

  • Sunday, September 14 - Dorchester

    • Dorchester Ave

    • Between: Ashmont St and Adams St

    • FORM CLOSES AUGUST 14

  • Saturday, October 18 - Mattapan Square

    • Blue Hill Ave

    • Between River St and Babson St

    • FORM CLOSES SEPTEMBER 18

  • Sunday, November 2 - Jamaica Plain

    • Centre St

    • Between: Lamartine St and South St

    • FORM CLOSES OCTOBER 2

PLEASE NOTE: Confirmations will be sent out weekly on Friday afternoons. Should the programming team have additional questions or need clarity around your registration, we will contact you to request a call or meeting.

Due to the high volume of interest in this event, please be aware that filling out this form does not guarantee programming/performance participation nor an authorized vending spot on the route.

Programming inquires will close 4 WEEKS before each event.

Are you requesting to serve/sell/vend food or beverage as part of your participation in Open Streets Boston? *
If yes,  please be aware that there are specific City of Boston permitting guidelines for vending, outdoor dining and service. Open Streets Boston can not grant permission to waive these requirements. However, we will do our best to connect you to the appropriate departments. Current health permits are required. If open flames with be used fire permits are required. All permits must be submited to the Open Streets team.

The streets will reopen to vehicular traffic promptly at 4pm. Please note that we are requiring all vendors and programming partners to have their tents and materials fully disassembled and packed up by 3:30pm to best ensure everyone's safety.  *
