Unable to read Libre 2 via NFC, thus starting a sensor impossible, even though several L2 sensors were testet with different phones and this phone's NFC modul worked in an other use case.

Build number 9101C_V15_20200609. Using xDrip+ git edd2c2a from 2020-09-04. Issues with bonding. When unpaired, xDrip can connect nicely to the G6 transmitter, no problems. Once bonded, xDrip does not connect again sometimes - the "Power Connect" state is not reached (visible in the System Status screen). Unpairing (thus deleting the bonding) fixes this, but the problem may return after bonding. This happens much more often with 8Gxxxx transmitters than with older 81xxxx ones.

xDrip did not work (capture rate below 60%). Delete DEX transmitter in bluetooth if you have tried xDrip first before installing patched DEX app.

The only issue I came across ( not totally sure if it has to do with the phone/os) was having to specify into Identify Receiver setting in xdrip > info.nightscout.androidaps in order to get it to communicate while offline with aaps.

Allow permission to download from unverified source - to download xDrip+. Also, need to change permission in the Settings -> Apps & Notifications -> Advanced. I will update specifics needed for AAPS setup as I go along.

I have the following error message in xdrip + from the beginning: Ob1D5StateMachine; Failed to write disconnecttxMessage: com.polidea.rxandoiddble2.exceptions. BleGattCharacteristic.Exception: Gatt Exception from MAC, Status133 and Could not read reply to auth challenge etc

It's hard to connect the pump the first time (apparently it's very sensible to interference, I managed to connect only after I changed the room in the house), but after that it rarely losses connection. In almost 6 months of looping it only lost the connection with the pump once and it does not need periodic androidaps or phone restarts. This combo has great Bluetooth stability and range. Also, the previous version of android (8.0) does not let the pump connect.

once a day, every day, aaps can't get a connection to the pump. Yet do not know why this happens and how to solve this. The rest of the day it works fine, even if the connection to the pump takes a little bit.

To pair the Accu Chek Combo with the phone i had to connect the phone with usb to my pc, start ruffy in the debugger in AndroidStudio and start the pairingprocess in the debugger. Then everything works as expected and the pairing was successful. Without the debugger ruffy couldn't pair with the pump.

Previous version of android (8.0) does not let the pump connect. Very sensible to interference when connecting the pump for the first time but after you manage to connect it it has great Bluetooth stability and range.

Seemed to work in the beginning but during longer phases of not using it (night) the connection to both, pump and G6 are lost. Already changed settings to exclude xdrip+ and androidaps from power-saving to no avail. Androidaps seems to reconnect to pump after a while. But without the readings from xdrip it is useless.

When asking for a PIN-code on your phone, check the "PIN-code contains letters or symbols" checkbox and enter the following characters in the PIN-code window: }gZ='GD?gj2r|B}>
Even if the first attempt did not succeed, then, most likely, on a second attempt, this code will be accepted.

Libre via NFC is working good. MiaoMiao2 via Bluetooh is working good. I had some problems after first start of AndroidAPS, first connection with pump was ok, bot after few minutes fone lost connection with pump. I checked the energy saving settings and manuali fix them for Ruffy. Now everything is working good.

Works well - the connection to BG source drops temporarily while you do something with the phone, but as soon as you stop using phone it reconnects with no issue

Bluetooth losses several times a day, sometimes for hours, and longer connection time (up to over a minute) to pump than before (when using MiaoMiao1 with oop). Scanning sensor with patched librelink app or resetting bluetooth mostly resolves problem (until next time...).

Finally after trying 4 phones I found one with almost no BTE disconnections. Using xdrip, Dexcom G6 with BYOD app and Orangelink. Even after moving away for 10mins it connects again when in range. Very good battery. I would suggest that you don't update to a higher Android version that the default one (Pie - 9). Check in AAPS docs the Huawei guide for battery optimization settings.

Phone currently not compatible with official dexcom app so need to use patched app. Can restart sensors but found best to use the Dexcom iPhone app for this instead of xdrip.
